At LuxBeautyPlus, customer safety, product authenticity, hygiene integrity, and operational transparency are core standards of our international brand operations.
Return requests may be submitted within 14 days after delivery of the last item in the order, subject to the conditions stated in this policy and any mandatory statutory rights that may apply.
Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of skincare, beauty, haircare, hygiene, and personal care products, returns are only accepted when the product remains unopened, unused, untampered, and in its original packaging, unless a defective, incorrect, or damaged item case is confirmed by LuxBeautyPlus support.

- Returns are handled by mail only.
- Return shipping costs and return labels for non-defective returns are the customer’s responsibility.
- No restocking fee is charged by LuxBeautyPlus.
- Refunds are processed within 5 days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
- Exchanges are not accepted.
- Cancellation requests may be submitted before an order is fulfilled.
- Unauthorized return shipments may not be accepted.
- Mandatory statutory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union or in jurisdictions where a statutory right of withdrawal applies may have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
Where this statutory right applies, customers may submit a withdrawal request through the customer account area, the Returns & Cancellations link, or by contacting LuxBeautyPlus Support.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods within the withdrawal period unless LuxBeautyPlus is legally required to cover the cost, confirms otherwise in writing, or the product is confirmed as defective, damaged, or incorrect after review.
For hygiene-sensitive or sealed products, withdrawal and return eligibility may be limited after opening, unsealing, use, testing, or tampering, where permitted by applicable law.
Cancellation Requests
Customers may submit cancellation requests before an order has been fulfilled.
A cancellation request is not automatically approved. LuxBeautyPlus will review the request based on the order status, payment status, fulfillment status, and any operational steps already completed.
Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return or withdrawal process may apply instead.
Return Eligibility
LuxBeautyPlus accepts return requests for both defective and non-defective products, provided that the applicable return conditions are met.
For Non-Defective Products
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days after delivery of the last item in the order.
- The product must be unopened, unused, untampered, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be suitable for return under hygiene and product protection standards.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, return label, customs-related return costs where applicable, and safe return shipment.
For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
- The customer should contact LuxBeautyPlus support as soon as possible after delivery.
- Visible shipping damage should preferably be reported within 24 hours after delivery.
- Clear photo or video documentation may be required for review.
- LuxBeautyPlus will review the case before authorizing any return, refund, or corrective solution.
- If the issue is confirmed by LuxBeautyPlus, support will provide the appropriate next steps for the specific case.
Products must not be returned to LuxBeautyPlus without prior written authorization. Unauthorized return shipments may be refused, returned to the sender, or become subject to additional shipping, customs, handling, or operational costs.
Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, products must be in new condition. This means the item must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- Untested
- Untampered
- In original packaging
- With protective seals, labels, and packaging intact where applicable
Opened, used, tested, unsealed, or tampered skincare, cosmetic, beauty, haircare, hygiene, and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene and product protection reasons, unless required under applicable law or confirmed as part of an approved defective item review.
Return Window
Return requests may be submitted within 14 days after delivery of the last item in the order.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or approved by LuxBeautyPlus support in a documented exceptional case.
Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail only. LuxBeautyPlus does not currently accept in-store returns or drop-off returns.
Customers must contact official LuxBeautyPlus support before sending any product back. Return instructions will be provided only after the request has been reviewed.
Return Shipping Costs
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, return label, customs-related return costs where applicable, and safe shipment of the product back to LuxBeautyPlus.
For incorrect, damaged, or defective products confirmed by LuxBeautyPlus after review, support will assess the case and provide the appropriate next steps in accordance with applicable law.
LuxBeautyPlus is not responsible for unauthorized return shipments, lost return parcels, unpaid return postage, customs issues caused by the return shipment, or return packages sent without prior written authorization.
Restocking Fee
LuxBeautyPlus does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, LuxBeautyPlus will process the refund within 5 days.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or financial institution involved.
Exchanges
LuxBeautyPlus does not accept product exchanges.
If a customer receives an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, the case must be reported to LuxBeautyPlus support for review. Depending on the confirmed circumstances, LuxBeautyPlus may offer a refund or another case-specific corrective solution where appropriate.
Customer Responsibility Upon Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting the parcel carefully at the time of delivery.
If visible external damage such as leakage, tearing, moisture, crushing, or impact marks is observed:
- Do not further damage or unnecessarily tamper with the packaging.
- Capture clear photos or videos from multiple angles.
- Where possible, record the issue with the courier at delivery.
- Contact LuxBeautyPlus support as soon as possible after delivery.
Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect shipments immediately upon delivery and report visible transportation damage without delay. If external shipping damage is not reported promptly, review of related transportation claims may become limited or unavailable.
Required Documentation
Depending on the nature of the return request, LuxBeautyPlus may request documentation including:
- Order number or invoice reference
- Clear photos or videos of the external packaging
- Clear photos or videos showing the condition of the sealed product
- Clear photos or videos showing the reported issue where applicable
- A short explanation of the return request
Unauthorized Return Shipments
Products must not be returned to LuxBeautyPlus without prior written authorization.
Unauthorized return shipments may be refused, returned to the sender, or become subject to additional shipping, customs, handling, or operational charges.
Customers should contact official support before taking any return-related action.
Refused or Uncollected Shipments
Orders may be considered fulfilled and become partially or fully non-refundable under circumstances including:
- Refusing delivery without prior coordination
- Failure to collect the shipment from the courier or customs authority
- Failure to cooperate with customs or delivery procedures
- Providing incomplete or inaccurate shipping information
- Failure to respond to delivery-related communication requests
Additional storage, return, reshipment, customs, or operational costs caused by customer-related issues may remain the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Returnable Products After Opening
Due to hygiene and product protection requirements, skincare, cosmetic, beauty, haircare, hygiene, and personal care products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, tested, unsealed, or tampered with.
This may apply to products affected by:
- Opened protective seals or packaging
- Used or tested product condition
- Hygiene-sensitive product handling
- Personal preference regarding scent, texture, color, or product feel after opening
- Individual sensitivities or reactions unless clearly documented and reviewable
Customers are strongly encouraged to review product descriptions, ingredient information, usage instructions, product images, and product suitability carefully before placing an order.
Mandatory Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer’s destination country.
Where a mandatory statutory return, withdrawal, warranty, or consumer protection rule applies, LuxBeautyPlus will review and handle the request in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
For hygiene-sensitive products, return eligibility may depend on whether the product remains sealed, unopened, unused, and suitable for return under applicable product protection rules.
Review & Resolution Process
Once the required documentation has been received, the LuxBeautyPlus Support and Quality Review Team will evaluate the request.
Depending on the outcome of the review, LuxBeautyPlus may provide:
- Approval of the return request
- Partial or full refund where applicable
- Case-specific support instructions
- Rejection of the request if the return conditions are not met
LuxBeautyPlus reserves the right to reject requests containing incomplete, altered, misleading, inconsistent, or unverifiable information.
